When I rang to organise pick up I received exceptional service from Scott who went out of his way to help. I highly recommend Nissen Welding & Aluminium Warehouse & Thank them for the fantastic service & price. Cheers
- Tom Black Added July 13, 2022★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Extremely disappointed in the service I received from Nissan Welding this afternoon. Whilst measuring a quote on my boat the manager jumped in with little care and kicked a metal fish finder bracket and snapped it. Did not apologise and when asked to compensate for the damages wanted nothing to do with it. I understand accidents happen but I was disgusted by the rudeness and lack of empathy for damage the manager caused. I regret not listening to mates that had expressed there disappointment with their experiences at Nissan Welding. I am now out of pocket $87 for just trying to get a quote.
- Iam He Added July 04, 2022★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆They are not a "walk in friendly" business. They have Nobody there & they dont call back. When you finally get him on the phone he says "uhm maybe by the weekend I might look at it" & then tries to expand the work required. I wont go back there again, plenty of better options in Ipswich like Hughes. I am a Boilermaker by trade mate, 2" angle was fine as it was it just needed a good weld. Nice try you money hungry scab!
- ken fitzsimmons (kfitz) Added June 30, 2022★ ★ ★ ★ ☆I've used this service 3 times in past for small walk in jobs. Too infrequently and small for him to remember me on all 3 occasions. Guy explained he could not do it straight away as already stuff on the go. Took a few days in each case for pretty small jobs but they were done absolutely spot on perfect for a good price. He was honest about priorities and did the jobs even though they were hardly worth his while. Probably need another small job fiddly job done soon..... will review again after that... Probably deserves 5 stars and probably busy because they are good.....
